This page describes the syntax and how to use the**** Stomp command.

To go to the Stomp command press and hold  ![ma](/img/dot2/ma_1-85eed0.png) + At (= Stomp) on the console.

## Description

With the Stomp command, you mute running effects.\
This is useful for pan tilt effects, because they are relative effects and a new pan tilt value does not mute the current effect.

The stomp command is the same as the stomp in the [effects view](/dot2/key_viewitem_effect/).

## Syntax

Mute a running effect.

Stomp

## Example
